Client Service Staffing Coordinator

HomeCare.com is looking for a Client Services Staffing Coordinator. This position will require an organized, driven, dynamic, detail oriented, flexible team player to staff cases quickly and efficiently. Perfect for recent college grad who wants to work for innovative tech healthcare company in McLean, VA. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for matching caregivers with job opportunities based on their unique requests. The Staffing Coordinator oversees our network of Caregivers and recruits and confirms the Caregivers availability to start working on jobs. We need someone with excellent communication skills and flexibility to work after hours/weekends as needed to ensure families will have a caregiver when needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handles all matters relating to caregivers.
  • Identifies Caregivers to go out on interviews/cases.
  • Verifies licensing and other credentials
  • Schedules backup care, fill-in shifts to help customer experience
  • Uses latest software technology to track cases and communicate with team mates
  • Works closely with team members to communicate status and solutions

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Recent college graduate
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to learn and utilize our Internet-based client management software (Salesforce.com)
  • Must be able to prioritize, work with minimal supervision, and be a good communicator

Compensation

  • The community relations manager will start with a competitive base salary and will be eligible for quarterly, performance-based bonuses.
  • The Company does not currently offer health benefits at this time.
